The petitioner complains of inaction on the part of the police authorities in registering a FIR pursuant to the complaint made to the police and the police authorities are not proceeding with the enquiry of such complaint.

The State is represented. A report dated 3rd March, 2020 is produced before the Court which is taken on record. It appears from the said report a copy whereof is also made over to the petitioner that a FIR has been registered and the police has proceeded to enquire into the matter. Nothing remains further to be decided in the writ petition.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
