Two applications for cancellation of bail are taken up for analogues consideration as they were considered analogously by the Coordinate Bench.

The accuseds were granted bail by the jurisdictional Court.

The order granting bail to the accuseds contains reasons. The petitioner is unable to establish any post-bail misconduct by the accuseds.

Police filed charge sheet.

In such circumstances, we are not inclined to cancel the bail granted to the accuseds.

CRM (DB) 120 of 2023 and CRM (DB) 148 of 2023 are dismissed.
