We have considered the materials on record. Dying declaration of the victim implicates the petitioner in setting the housewife on fire. Bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected earlier on merits. He does not stand on the same footing with the co-accused who is on bail. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

The application for bail is thus rejected.
