CRR/94/2026 is filed by the de facto complainant praying for expeditious disposal of the trial. It is submitted by the Learned Counsel for the State as well as the petitioner that warrant of arrest is pending for long against the O.P. No. 3.

The instant application stands disposed of with a direction to I.C., Bhaktinagar Police Station to ensure the execution of warrant of arrest be expedited so that trial can be proceeded with. The said I.C., Bhaktinagar Police Station shall comply with the order within 15 days from the communication of the order.

The Learned Counsel appearing for the State shall immediately communicate this order to the concerned I.C., Bhaktinagar Police Station.
