The present application under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure has been filed by the wife for transfer of a matrimonial suit from Barasat to Jalaiguri.

However, since the situs of the suit is at Barasat, this Bench, sitting in Circuit, does not have determination to take up the matter.

Accordingly, the Registry is directed to transfer the file of C. O. No. 45 of 2019 at the earliest to the principal seat of the High Court at Calcutta, for being listed before the appropriate Bench.
