The aforesaid writ petition along with other writ petitions was heard on length on 2nd March, 2023 and disposed of by a common judgment.

The discussions made in the said judgment and the decision arrived at in the said writ petition being WPA No. 646 of 2022 shall also be applicable in the instant writ petition.

The writ petition fails and is dismissed.

No costs.
