Heard the learned Advocates appearing for the parties. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is not named in the first information report.

Learned Advocate appearing for the State submits that the petitioner is not connected with the alleged crime. In view of the aforesaid submission, we are of the opinion that there is no apprehension of arrest of the petitioner and the application is disposed of as not maintainable.
