1. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits as follows. The petitioner was granted bail in connection with Nagrakata P.S case no. 134 of 2016 dated 14/12/2016 and he was attending the Court regularly. The petitioner could not appear before the trial Court on one occasion i.e. on 12/9/2025 and warrant of arrest was issued. The petitioner wants to surrender before the jurisdictional Court and pray for bail at the earliest. The other co-accused against whom warrant of arrest had been issued were granted relief by this Court.

2. A copy of the application is served upon the State through the learned APP.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the State.

4. It appears that the petitioner could not appear before the learned Trial Court on a particular occasion and the warrant of arrest was issued. At present, he wants to join the proceeding at the earliest.

5. Considering the above and in the interest of justice, warrant of arrest issued against the petitioner shall remain stayed for a period of four week from date.

6. The petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned trial Court within such period of four weeks and pray for bail. In such event, the petitioner's prayer for bail shall be considered in accordance with law.

7. With these observations, the revisional application is disposed of.

8. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance with requisite formalities.
