... For the State Learned advocate for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case. Learned counsel for the State fairly submits that the nature of injury is simple in nature.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail is allowed subject to the conditions that in the event of arrest the petitioners will be released on bail subject to furnishing bond of Rs.5,000/- each with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of the arresting officer.

Petitioners will comply with the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

The application for anticipatory bail, being CRM 270 of 2021, is allowed.
