This is the second day on which the appellant is not represented.

It seems to this Court that the appellant is not interested in pursuing the appeal.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the respondents/Union of India that the impugned order calls for no interference since the writ petitioner is an employee of the department of Post who has raised service grievances in respect of a civil post which can only be raised before the Central Administrative Tribunal. It is submitted that the appeal is not entertainable even otherwise.

Be that as it may since the appellant is not represented, the instant appeal shall stand dismissed for default. Consequently, all connected pending applications, if any, shall also stand dismissed. 5.
Interim orders, if any, shall stand vacated.
6.
There shall be no order as to costs.
7.
All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
