The appellant prays for recalling the order dated 21st April, 2026 dismissing the appeal for default.

On perusal of the reasons mentioned in the application and on being satisfied with the same, we recall the order dated 21st April, 2026.

The appeal is restored to its original file and number.

The application being CAN 2 of 2026 stands disposed.

Re: MAT 26 of 2026

1. The petitioner is serving in the department of Posts, India.

2. He alleges that his salary has been reduced without giving any notice to him.

representation was filed by him. The same not being considered, the writ petition was filed.

3. The learned Single Judge dismissed the same on the ground that the writ petition before this Court is not maintainable.

4. As it appears from the matter relates to the service condition of an employee under the Central Government, the Court is of opinion that the writ petition will not be maintainable. The appeal, accordingly, stands dismissed.

5. Dismissal of the appeal will, however, not stand in the way of the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum in accordance with law, if so advised.

6. The order passed by the learned Single Judge on 19th February, 2026 in W.P.A 2081 of 2025 is not interfered with.

7. Parties to act on the basis of the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

8. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
