The petitioner has preferred the present writ petition alleging inaction on the part of the respondent authorities in not considering his complaint filed before the respondent No.5.

Learned Counsel for the respondent No.5 states that GDE Nos.972 and 977 dated 22.05.2025 under Section 126 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita has already been lodged with the Mekhliganj Police Station.

In view of the said submission, learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
