We have considered the materials on record. Victim suffered head injury and was hospitalized. Plea that he suffered road traffic accident does not appear to be probable in the light of the statements of witnesses. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner stands rejected.
