A compliance report has been submitted by the Deputy Commandant, 6Bn. BSF which reflects that the order dated 13.09.2022 has been complied with. Learned ACJM, Mekhliganj has also acted in accordance with the provision of Section 475 of the Code of Criminal Procedure and three BSF personnel who are the accused also appeared before the learned ACJM, Mekhliganj.

Having regard to the consequences which flowed from the order dated 13.09.2022 and acted upon by the learned ACJM, Mekhliganj in his order dated 15.09.2022, I am of the opinion that the purpose for which the revisional application was

preferred by the Union of India has already been served. Accordingly, CRR 41 of 2022 is disposed of.

Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of.
