... For the State Learned advocate for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case and there is no material collected against them.
Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.
Having regard to the materials against the petitioners, we are of the opinion that the petitioners should be given benefit of anticipatory bail. The prayer for anticipatory bail is allowed subject to the conditions that in the event of arrest the petitioners will be released on bail subject to furnishing bond of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of the arresting officer.
Petitioners will comply with the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. The application for anticipatory bail, being CRM 291 of 2021, is allowed.
