1. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case. The case has a political overtone.

2. Learned APP representing the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail. He relies on the injury reports which, inter alia, show gunshot injury/bullet injury. He also relies on the statements of witnesses including that of the victim where the names of the petitioners were taken.

3. Considering the above and the other incriminating materials available in the case diary, I do not consider this to be a fit case to grant anticipatory bail.

4. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected.
