At the heading of the said order, the name of the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State was wrongly recorded. Instead of "Mr. Ujjwal Luksom", it should actually be "Mr. Nilay Chakraborty".

The order dated 19.03.2026 is hereby corrected and shall always be read conjointly with this order.
