The learned trial court is directed to proceed with the Misc. Petition Case No. 153 of 2020 under Section 12 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 pending before it, since, initial stay of the proceeding pending before the learned trial court was for a period of six weeks which has already expired.

The instant criminal revisional application is accordingly disposed of.
