1. Mr. Aditi Shankar Chakraborty, learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the State submitted on instruction that the petitioner has not been complied with the order passed by the Coordinate Bench on 12th April, 2024.

2. Mr. Sourabh Ganguly, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that the order dated 12th April, 2024 has been duly communicated to the father of the petitioner for compliance.

3. In view of the submissions made by Mr. Chakraborty, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the aforesaid order has not been complied with. Report to that effect has been filed in Court.

4. The order dated 12th April, 2024 restraining the Investigating Authority not to arrest the petitioner is hereby recalled.

5. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.

6. CRM (A) 209 of 2024 is, thus, disposed of.

7. Report filed on behalf of the Investigating Officer dated 24th April, 2024 is taken on record.

8. All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
