Today also on the second call none appears on behalf of either of the parties and no accommodation is sought for. It is found from the record that the petitioner has filed the present civil revisional application challenging the order passed by the Debt Recovery Tribunal, Siliguri in MA No. 5/2021 dated 18th August, 2021 and order dated 8th March, 2022 passed in MA No.1/2022 arising out of MA No.5/2021 in OA no.

38/2017 which was subsequently renumbered as TA No. 685/2017.
