It is submitted on behalf of the appellant in both the appeals that, the subject tender under challenge in the writ petition was cancelled by the authorities.

Learned advocate appearing for the appellant submits that in such view nothing survives in the appeal State is represented.

In such circumstances, MAT/51/2021 and MAT/26/2022 along with all connected applications are disposed of as infructuous.
