The writ petition was filed on 29th July, 2019. It has been adjourned on 26th August, 2019 and 2nd September, 2019. On 5th November, 2019 it was submitted by the petitioner that the service on respondent no.6, 7, 8 and 9 was not complete and had to be effected. The service remained incomplete even on 3rd December, 2019 when the matter was again adjourned. On 20th January, 2020 it was submitted by the petitioner's advocate that his client did not contact him and as such he was not in a position to move the matter. On 17th February, 2020, yet another adjournment was granted as the petitioner submitted that service is incomplete. Today also the same submission is being made. I am not at all satisfied with the conduct of the petitioner. It is not only absurd but very difficult to accept that service on the respondents remained incomplete between July, 2019 and March, 2020. It is apparent that the writ petitioner is not interested in proceeding with the matter.

Let this matter be dismissed for want of

prosecution.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

There shall be no order as to costs.
