It is seen from the previous orders that the appellants/petitioners have been consistently absent at the time of call.

By an order dated June 16, 2026, it was recorded that none appeared for the appellants on that date and although it was pointed out by learned counsel for the respondents that the appellants had been absent on earlier occasions, a last chance was given to the appellants to move the matter.

It was also recorded that in the event the appellants chose to abstain from hearing on the then next occasion, that is, today, ex parte orders may be passed in the absence of the appellants.

Since the appellants choose to remain absent even today at the time of call, CAN 1 of 2025 is dismissed for default.

Consequentially, S.A.T. 4 of 2025 is also dismissed as time-barred.

There will be no order as to costs.
