1. None appears on behalf of the petitioner.

2. At the very outset, learned counsel for the State has drawn our attention to the order dated 22.01.2024 passed by a coordinate bench in CRM (NDPS)866 of 2023 of which one of us (Partha Sarathi Sen, J) is a member.

3. It is submitted that there was no change of circumstances for entertaining the instant application for bail.

4. On perusal of the entire materials we also find no supervening circumstances for entertaining the instant application for bail.

5. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner stands rejected.

6. CRM (NDPS) 114 of 2024 is accordingly, disposed of.

7. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
