By an order dated 11th April, 2022, the petitioner was given the liberty of filing a written complaint before the Officer-in-charge, Ambari Out Post under New Jalpaiguri Police Station by 12th April, 2022. The respondent no. 4 was directed to act on the complaint, if filed, and file a report within a week from date.

Compliance document dated 15th April, 2022 has been filed by the Officer-in-charge of the concerned Police Station in court today and is taken on record.

Learned counsel appearing for the State submits that the Officer-in-charge has registered a police case on 12th April, 2022 under various

sections of the IPC and has endorsed the same to Sub-inspector to investigate the case.

In view of the compliance of the order passed by this court, nothing remains of the writ petition and W.P.A. 722 of 2022 is accordingly disposed of in terms of the above.
