For the State Having considered the materials on record showing the extent of complicity of the petitioners in this case, who are the father and the mother of the principal accused, we are of the opinion that the petitioners should be granted the benefit of anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail is allowed subject to the conditions that in the event of arrest the petitioners will be released on bail subject to furnishing a bond of Rs.5,000/- each with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the arresting officer. The petitioners will meet the investigating officer as and when called for.

Petitioners will comply with the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

The application for anticipatory bail, being CRM 313 of 2021, is allowed.
