1. Petitioner has chosen not to take exception to the report.

2. We have considered the materials on record. Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner was rejected earlier on merits. Chemical examiner's report shows presence of narcotics in the sample. In view of the aforesaid fact and statutory restrictions under Section 37 of the NDPS Act, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

3. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner stands rejected.
