Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the State. Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody for 55 days and has been falsely implicated in the instant case. Learned Counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail Having considered the materials on record and after perusing the case diary more specifically the statements recorded in pages 31,56 and 57 of the case diary, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. The application for bail is, thus, rejected.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, shall be supplied to the learned Counsel for the parties as expeditiously as possible, in compliance of usual formalities.
