It is submitted by Mr. Mondal, learned counsel representing the CBI that the accused person was arrested on 21.6.2023 and with his arrest this application which challenges the order passed by the learned Trial Court issuing proclamation of arrest has lost its relevance. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner does not contradict the submission of Mr. Mondal.

Under such circumstances, the criminal revision is disposed of being infructuous, along with application, if any. Interim order of stay, if any, stands vacated. (Siddhartha Roy Chowdhury, J.)
