None appears on behalf of the petitioner. Counsel for the respondents are present. It is found from the record that by an order dated 4th November, 2019 the writ petition was dismissed for default.

Subsequently, by an order dated 26th February, 2020, the writ petition was restored. Again on 3rd March, 2020, the said writ petition was dismissed for default and by an order dated 4th February, 2021, again the writ petition was restored. On 5th

August, 2022 when the matter was called, none appears on behalf of the petitioner and this Court has sent the matter out of the list. Today also when the matter is listed, none appears on behalf of the petitioner and no accommodation is sought for. It is found from the record and from the conduct of the petitioner that the petitioner is not interested to proceed with the matter.

Accordingly, this Court has no other alternative but to dismiss WPA No. 311 of 2019. Both WPA No. 311/2019 and CAN No.

2 of 2020 are thus dismissed for default.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
