1. It appears that an inadvertent typographical error had crept into the order dated 7th March,2025 passed by this Court. At the third line of the first page of the order, instead of "Shilbarihar", the name should actually be "Shilbarihat".

2. The inadvertent typographical error is hereby corrected and the order dated 7th March, 2025 shall always be read conjointly with this order.

3. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
