This application has been taken out by the defacto complainant for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to the accused persons/opposite party nos.2 and 3. The bail order was passed on January 16, 2020 by the learned Sessions Judge, Jalpaiguri.

I am of the view that it would be in the fitness of things that the petitioner first approaches the learned Sessions Judge, Jalpaiguri with his prayer for cancellation of bail. Accordingly, without going into the merits of the petitioner's application for cancellation of anticipatory bail, I dispose of this application reserving liberty to the petitioner to approach the learned Sessions Judge, Jalpaiguri with his prayer.

C.R.M. No.305 of 2020 is, accordingly, disposed of. All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court. (Arijit Banerjee, J.)
