... For the State Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are the distant relatives of the victim lady and they apparently reside at a distant places from the house of the victim lady. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Having regard to the materials on record, prima facie we do not find anything against the petitioners justifying their custodial interrogation.

The prayer for anticipatory bail is allowed subject to the conditions that in the event of arrest the petitioners will be released

on bail subject to furnishing bond of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of the arresting officer. Petitioners will comply with the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. The application for anticipatory bail, being CRM 320 of 2021, is allowed.
