Roy ... for SSC Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits as follows. The petitioner is a Group -D Staff at the Shilbarihat High School (H.S.), Alipurduar. He prayed for transfer on the ground of distance through the 'Utshasree' Portal. At present, the petitioner wants to avail of fourth choice of a school. As such, his client would like to made a fresh representation before the Chairman, West Bengal Central School Service Commission.

Learned counsel appearing for the Central School Service Commission submits that in the event any such representation is made, the same would be considered in accordance with law.

Therefore, the writ petition is disposed by granting liberty to the petitioner to make appropriate representation before the Chairman, West Bengal Central School Service Commission. If the same is made within two weeks from this

date, the Chairman, West Bengal Central School Service Commission shall consider the same in accordance with law and expeditiously, preferably within eight weeks from the date of receipt of such representation.

As affidavits were not called for, the allegations made are deemed not to have been admitted.
