The only prayer of the petitioner is for an order on the Managing Director, West Bengal Agro Industries Corporation Limited, being the respondent no.3, to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 11.01.2021. The prayer is one for compassionate appointment since the petitioner's father died in harness as the Ex Head Assistant of Cooch Behar. WPA 726 of 2022 is accordingly disposed of with the direction on the respondent no.3 being the Managing director, West Bengal Agro Industries Corporation Limited to consider and dispose of the representation or any other representation which the

petitioner may make within seven days from today within a period of six weeks thereafter.

The respondent no.3 shall hear all relevant parties including the petitioner and make available a copy of the reasoned order to the petitioner within a week from which such order is passed.
