1. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the learned advocate for the petitioner has been instructed to not press the instant application for bail.

2. Accordingly, the instant application for bail is rejected being not pressed.

3. It has also been placed on record that on earlier occasions the prayer for bail was rejected on 15.09.2023 in CRM(NDPS)/793/2023 and on 30.10.2023 in CRM(NDPS)/845/2023.
