1. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that there are some incurable defects in the writ petition. As such, the writ petitioner would not like to press the same and instead prays for liberty to file afresh application on the self-same grounds.

2. Accordingly, the writ petition being WPA 570 of 2025 is dismissed as not pressed.

3. However, this order shall not preclude the petitioner from filing a proper application afresh on the selfsame grounds.

4. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
