It is submitted that WPA 327 of 2019 and WPA 326 of 2019 arose out of identical issues of fact and law. In WPA 326 of 2019, the petitioner has expired. Learned Advocate has prayed for accommodation to take step for substitution of the petitioner since deceased by his legal heirs and representatives. On this score he has prayed for adjournment.

Prayer is considered and allowed.

The petitioner in WPA 326 of 2019 is directed to take step for substitution within statutory period of time. After substitution, the petitioner is at liberty to mention the matters for listing. As both the writ petitions arose out of same and identical dispute, the

said writ petitions will be heard and disposed of analogously.

The respondents are at liberty to file affidavit-inopposition within seven days from the date. (Bibek Chaudhuri, J.)
