The application being CRAN 3948 of 2020 is accordingly, disposed of. Having considered the materials on record disclosing prima facie involvement of the petitioner i.e. the husband of the victim-housewife in subjecting her to torture resulting in her death and that of her minor child, we are of the opinion that in view of the gravity of the offence this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to him.
