Having considered the materials in the case diary disclosing prima facie involvement of the petitioner in the conspiracy of trafficking women for sexual exploitation, we are of the opinion that this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

However, in view of the protracted period of detention suffered by the petitioner, we direct the trial court to take necessary steps to conclude the trial at an early date preferably within one year from the communication of this order without granting adjournments to either of the parties.
