The victim committed suicide by hanging as the family members of the victim girl refused to give her marriage with the petitioner with whom she had a love relation. It appears from the materials on record that the FIR was lodged after a lapse of two months of the incident. Two accused persons have already been released on anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate bench of this court on 7th July, 2020 in CRM 4770 of 2020. In view of such circumstances, we are inclined
to release the petitioner on anticipatory bail.
Accordingly, we allow the prayer for anticipatory bail. In the event of arrest, the petitioner shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand only) each with two sureties, to the satisfaction of the arresting officer and subject to the condition that the petitioner shall cooperate with the investigation.
The application for anticipatory bail being C.R.M. 5594 of 2020 and C.R.A.N. 3952 of 2020 are disposed of.
