2. Learned Advocate for the State is present.

3. It appears that on 14.07.2023 and 05.12.2023 the petition for bail of the present petitioner was rejected by two Coordinate Benches in CRM (NDPS) 538 of 2023 and CRM (NDPS) 852 of 2023.

4. At this stage it is submitted on behalf of the State that before the trial Court the case has been fixed for examination of the accused under Section 313 of the Cr.P.C.

5. Considering such circumstances, the application for bail is rejected.
