1. Adjournment is sought until next available Circuit on the third occasion since April 1, 2025.

2. This Court is not inclined to grant the same.

3. The appeal is directed against the order dated February 10, 2025, passed by a Single Bench of this Court.

4. By the impugned order, the Court refused to order any investigation or direct the police to investigate into a complaint against the respondents nos.6 and 7, who are the wife and the son of the deceased Anirban Sarkar.

5. The complaint was made nine years after the death of the said Anirban Sarkar.

6. The Single Bench also found that the essence of the matter was a property dispute and there is a civil suit pending between the parties.

7. In view of the above, the impugned order dated February 10, calls for absolutely no interference.
