1. The petitioners are not represented. It appears that on the earlier occasion, the Coordinate Bench on 21st September, 2023 rejected the application for bail after taking into consideration that the petitioners have failed to rebut the presumption under Section 37 of the NDPS Act.

2. The learned Counsel for the State, however, submits that there has been no change in circumstances since the last date of the order of rejection.

3. Under such circumstances, the application for bail is rejected.
