The petitioner undertakes to affirm and stamp the petition/application as per the Rules within a month of resumption of normal functioning of the court. Subject to such undertaking, the application is taken up through video conference. Having considered the materials on record prima facie disclosing involvement of the petitioner in murdering his wife and in view of the gravity of the offence, we are of the opinion that this is not a fit case to grant bail to the petitioner. The application for bail is rejected.
