Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. In view of there being sufficient materials on record to prima facie substantiate the allegations against the petitioner, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is refused.

The application, being C.R.M. 349 of 2021, is thus dismissed.
