He prays for withdrawal of this writ petition with liberty to file afresh on the self same cause of action. In view of such submission of the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner, WPA 585 of 2025 stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file afresh on the self same cause of action.
