1. The Punjab National Bank will split the pension transmitted in favour of Sri Ashit Kr. Bose holding PPO No. 20127050100441, bearing Account No.

3196000400113743 (IFSC-PUNB0319600) and remit Rs.3630/- every month, in favour of Smt. Dipa Bose, (spouse of Ashit Kr. Bose) bearing Account no. 3204518522 (IFSC-CBIN0280125) maintained with the Central Bank of India, within 15th day of each month. Such remittance will start on and from the month of February, 2026 with regard to the arrears and will continue until further order of a competent court.

2. The petitioner is at liberty to take further steps in accordance with law. If the petitioner approaches the Northeast Frontier Railway, Office of the Principal Financial Advisor, Maligaon, Guwahati for a calculation of the approximate amount of the pension which was remitted to the pension holder from the month of January 2016 till January, 2026. Such calculation shall be provided to the petitioner within a month from receipt of her request to make it convenient for the petitioner to take steps before competent court.

3. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of.

4. There shall be no order as to costs.

5. Parties are directed to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
