Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siliguri in GR Case no. 3057 of 2016. At this stage learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that this was not within the knowledge of the learned Counsel of the petitioner. In view of this the petitioner would not like to press this application.
