Heard the learned Advocates appearing for the parties. Having considered the materials on record prima facie disclosing involvement of the petitioners in inducing innocent girls and cheating them on false promise of arranging matrimonial/dating alliances, we are of the opinion that in view of the gravity of the offence, custodial interrogation for progress of investigation of the petitioners is necessary and this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected.
